Working out--- how soon should i see results?

okay, so i started running/jogging about a mile, sometimes a little more, or i go for at least 20-30Min's. then i get onto an elliptical for about 15-20 minutes. i eat healthy, and drink lots of water. how long before i see some results?

    the reason i say this is because if all you do is cardio......you will never, ever see any results. if your lucky you will lose a few pounds, but your body will barely change, if at all.

    the very best thing you can do is some kind of kettlebell training. weight training of course is great. and things like yoga and pilates is a nice compliment to your program. skip the jogging. if you must do some cardio, brisk walking is much better for you than jogging or running.


  3. You should see results right away but not major in 2 weeks youll see improovment with most all workouts and water is great for working out but if your plan is to lose weight adding lemon juice to water just a little helps since most weight is water weight.

    P.s sound like you have a great diet plan id suggest protein mixes they help rebuild and fix torn muscles faster

  4. Well depending on much you weigh. If you weigh a lot, results will come faster.

    If you really want to tone, add some light strength training too with weights. Also doing some ab exercises combined with the cardio will flatten your stomach.

    Also eat healthily.
