running 40 min

is this good to do 4 out 7 days of week

how should my weight lifting schedule be

is the 300 spartan workout good me, and how many times should do it per week, month, etc.

    Row boat to favorite lunker spot. Cast lure and reel in. Repeat until it gets dark or you catch your limit.

Your pushups should be balanced with a pulling exercise, chin-ups would be really great to add to your routine.  To increase muscle mass the best, a lot of people now believe that working out a particular muscle group twice a week is ideal.  The cardio stuff like running can be done almost every day with the occasional rest day.
