Working out question for the experts,or who might know this?

I'm going to start working out.i talked to the athletic trainer where I'm going to do this and he gave me some diet ideas.and told me the thing hes worried about the most when working out is alcohol consumption.now after the days done i usually sit back and have a few drinks .i know a few guys who work out and drink a lot and they are getting great results.I'm in pretty good shape,I'm slim with a toned body and just wanna get a little bigger.so what this deal about alcohol?sorry for putting this in the family section.ya wanted to put it in a computer section.which of course is wrong.

  1. the best way to put on some bulk is by stopping alcohol consumption, another reason is health. As ur workout progresses ur food intake will increase, see the results for your self for a month & then if u like you can go back to drinkin but in less qty... eat more, eat healthy... best of luck....
