Working out when muscles are sore!?

I worked out hard yesterday and every muscle in my body hurts. Should I work out today or wait a day or two?

  1. you should generally wait a day inbetween workouts to let your muscles rest .. but you can rotate your workouts to , as far as do your upper body one day then if u want do lower next but u shouldnt over do it your body needs the rest to repair the muscles .. if u over work them u wont get good results..


  2. I say that you should not workout muscles when they are sore.you might damage the muscle too much that it won't be able to recover.

    just take a rest until your muscles are recovered.

    each time you workout your muscles rip.they get bigger as you rest.

    so try not to workout when your sore

  3. i get really sore muscles from rowing,  take the break otherwise you will do serious damage to your body
