Now ive heard that working out in sweats will make you lose more weight, but that its just water. but ive also heard from other people that when you work out in sweats, it increases your body temperature, thus burning more calories...now when i work out i work out in shorts and short sleaves and i have a fan on me and about every 5 minutes i spray cold water on my face, would that make my calorie burn slower? and would working out in sweats burn more calories?
