Working the 12 Step Program?

I am currently working the 12 Step Program of N/A and in need of help. Some of you may or may not know what that is so please only serious inquires. I am currently working on Step Five and am like back on first gear! Stuck! Is there anyone that is willing to help me online with this, Please it would be much appreciated.
