  1. They need the following for applying a work permit:

Clear passport copy (send a scanned copy if possible) with validity of at least 6 months

1 passport size photo in white background

    Educational Certificate

Red ribbon is required for the education certificate. Just take a certified true copy of your diploma or transcript. Have it authenticated by CHED in your region then by Malacañang then in DFA. Once you got your red ribbon from DFA, approach any DHL outlet, they will instruct you how to get the documents attested in the UAE Embassy.

  2. I'm a Filipino and residing here in Abu Dhabi, there may be a small difference from Abu Dhabi & Dubai but at least you'll get some points from here.

    Prepare your documents

Diploma - Authenticated - DFA Red Ribbon and UAE Embassy (Philippines) - translated in Arabic

Original passport(if you are here in UAE) and a photo copy (if you are still in the Phils).

My Diploma is the only authenticated documents that I have, but I bring all my original documents.Red Ribbon is very important (from Philippines - School, CHED, PRC, NSO, Malacanang/DFA and UAE Embassy) Avoid losing money for authentication of all your documents. Better to ask your Company's Representative what he needs or call this hotline # 600522222 UAE Immigration.

    Hope this will help you
