Working while studying?

i'll be joining university soon, but iam not sure about the part time job i need to do out of the college hours. will the uni provide me with the job or i have to search it myself? if so, where do we search for jobs

You have to search for a job yourself, the uni will not do that.

Usually in uni towns you can find part time jobs, look in local superstores, and stores, and any large local businesses.

You will have to search for the job yourself, but the university should have a Career Placement office that has a database of positions seeking college students, and other resources, like resume writing, etc.  that can help tremendously.
