Working with cts bpo as part time?

hi i am in desperate need for your reply ya. i got selected in cts this year ,for part time i taut off working in cts bpo

till the call comes from the CTS IT,my fear is when i leave this(bpo) and come after three months will there be any prob for me,is there any possibility of finding it by the company,i need your openion . will the company maintain same database for both
