Working with the airlines?

Hello,

Now the rejonal airlines you dont need a degree or college but it is reccomended are any of you pilots who did not go to college what are the chances I will get accepted to an airline without college

  1. do you have a pulse?  If you have the required ratings, you will have no trouble getting a regional airline job.  The larger airlines are hiring, so people are leaving the smaller ones.  This is leaving them short of people.  Almost all of them have dropped their minimums.  However, to get a job at a good airline, you will still need a degree.  My suggestion?  Get your ratings, get that regional job, then do an off campus degree program.  I would not suggest E. Riddle, as they are pricey.  Check out Excelsior College, or many others that offer degrees without any campus attendance.  Find a copy of Bear's Guide to Earning Non-Traditional College Degrees.  I'm not sure if it's still in print, but there were about 12 editions, and I can't imagine a better resource for getting a degree quickly and inexpensively.  Hope this helps you.
