Workout Regimen?

I'm looking for someone to help me set up a workout regimen, I am trying to break into the MMA world. I am 16 years old, 5'9", 155 pounds.. I'm looking to build muscle mass and burn some of the fat (while obviously building cardio) while developing my overall fighting skills, any tips or ideas?
