my measurements are 34-24-36!that 36 needs to go down just a lilim not looking to lose weight or anything i just need some exercises to get some lean muscle tone my butt thighs and hips [take off a few inches from them also]i dont have the money to join a gym or for fancy equipt. so something simpleplus being a college student and working a lot i need something that wont take a lot of time out of my daily regimen thanks
