i need a muscle building workout plan using a weight machine

  1. Nobody, whatever their age, should be doing weight training without a proper plan and regular checks from a phys ed professional.  It is also important for safety that if you are using a machine it is properly designed, installed and maintained, not something bought on the internet or out of any old mail order catalog.

    Weight training should never be done when you are alone in case of problems and you need to ensure that you 'cool down' properly after your training session to allow your muscles to relax properly.

  3. Firstly, you didn't even say your height, weight, etc. so we have no idea.

    Secondly, 13 is too young to begin weight lifting. Your muscles and bones are not developed yet and you could be damaging them.

    Just concentrate on eating healthy and you can do walking, jogging, running, skipping, biking, swimming, etc,etc,etc. but I don't recommend weight lifting until you are at least 16 years old.

    If you start eating healthy now and get fit by doing cardio, you will be ready when you are 16.
