i plan on trying to get into USNA. i got the academics down and am in really good shape. but i feel like i should stop doing the same things and get more of a variety to be prepared for all conditions. what i do is:4-5 mile runs100m and 300m sprintspush ups pull upscurl upsand a lot of running up hills and through rough terrainwhat else could i do that would give me a larger variety of exercises?all help is appreciated, thanks!
