Workout plane for me????

i am about 5"10 and 197 pounds at the age of 16 with a medium size beer belly. i want to be buff to have girls more attracted to me and so that i will feel good about myself. i recently just bought a membership to a gym that has like everthing (rocking wall, pool gym, ect) so i need a good plane to get as fit as possible with a nice overall body with good looking muscles in as little as two months please help

    sorry to tell you but you won't get miraculous results in 2 months...

    Swim, swim, swim.

    Swim is the best workout for your body.

    Try an ab lounge, or something like it.

    Run.

    Run, run, run.

    That's the next best.

    Those make fat go away FAST.

    Once you start noticing results, then focus on different parts of your body.

    Lifting weights, doing squats, crunches, etc.

    Keep running!

  3. Usually people get into exercise by having a workout buddy. Otherwise you get bored and unmotivated very quickly.

    For a long term plan take up some sports, enjoy your life in an active manner.

    As for a good workout, the pool is a good way to build up your muscles in general, though to get bigger muscles quickly you need to lift weights.

    Finally steriods. Don't buy the illegal ones, but ask your doctor, they can put you on a cycle and you can get real muscles in 3 months.

    By the way, girls worth hanging out with dig your personality not your muscles (but the complete package get the girls with the best package)
