I don't have the equipment to do the following exercises. Can you help me with some good alternatives?

Weighted Dips

Wide Grip Seated Rows

Close Grip Seated Rows

Pulldowns

Leg Curls

  1. Weighted dips - use a strong chair and hold a weight in your lap - anything from around the house will do.

    Pulldowns - this is not exactly the same, but is similar - hang a towel over a strong door, squat with one leg on either side of the door and pull yourself up holding the ends of the towel.

    Leg curls - lie on your stomach and do the leg curls, with a weight wrapped around your ankles - see what you can improvise from around the house.
