ok, so everyone is telling me, "Workout a different section of you're body each day insstead of all the muscles and you'll get better results."

Is this true?

  1. It is good to give your muscles a day off to repair themselves.  You can do some overlap but don't focus on the same muscle group each day.


  2. ya because then the muscles you worked yesterday can rest while you train different muscles today or the next day.

  3. Yeah, I think is better a different section (muscles) each days than all every day. You can do more exercises, focus more, etc.
