  1. have you tried the ll jack workout ? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...

  2. your waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to young to be thinking like this. all i can say is eat healthily, dont over exercise, dont go to the gym, and dont time yourself ur not going to break the world record bcz ur only in gr 7!! dont even start compairing ursef to others that will only make you feel depressed theres always gunna be someone beter then you and always someone below you.

  3. First off you need to stop eating a bad diet.   Soda, burgers, candy, and ANY food that has alot of saturated fat and suger should be avoided.

People who eat a very bad diet often feel tired and not energetic because their diet is bad.  You need to be eating tons of fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, brown rice, whole wheat breads and basically anything that is healthy.

Secondly you need to condition your body to run short distance.  You gotta have explosive energy to go from being completly still to running ultra fast in just 2 seconds.

You should do cardio in a gym or any form of exercise to increase your fitness level.  When your body becomes more conditioned and fit for running you can increase your oxygen intake and hopefully avoid getting a "side ache".

Most importantantly is you should always train on the track itself.  This is the place your gonna be running so it's best to know how good your doing.

Always TIME your self.  If you never time yourself you will never know if your improving or not.   Success won't happen over night so NEVER run or train to the point you injure yourself.   Your body can get injured very easily if you over train or push it to hard.

Also TECHNIQUE is important in running.  You can actually shave time off by running properly.  Consult your track coach for advice if your really determined about your running.

    Anyways best of luck!
