ive been on a workout routin

first week 15 reps W/ low weights (definition)

second week 10 reps W/ high weights (bulk)

is it gd ???

  1. ummm 15 reps of what excersize? just one set? that one do S**t

    and are you gonna do any cardio beofre you lift?

  3. 15 reps is too much for definition.

    If you want to define your muscles, do 8-10 reps. If you want to build bulk, do 5-6 reps. Of course if you're trying to do both, 7 reps is ideal.
