Workout schedule???????

Okay, I want to get some muscle and lose some fat. I need help and I need some guys to give me hints. I weight one ninety five. I want a diet that I can eat to help lose the weight. I don't eat fish however. I don't have means to a gym, but I do have one ten pound weight and an ab lounge. Could you please give me a detailed workout schedule and diet plan, like a personal trainer would?

  1. I can give you pointers, but I think your expecting a bit much to get a personal trainer work out schedule. Thats pretty impossible to accomplish without seeing you in person.

    If I were you, I would focus on loosing the fat first, and workingon muscle after.

    Diet wise

    Your best bet is to avoid carbs, sweets, fatty foods, and anything that is premade/prepackaged because of the chemical additives.

    Try eating fruits, vegatables, lean proteins , rice.

    Once you have lost a good deal of fat, you can add more to the diet, and add more proteins.

    Work out wise.

    You really need areobic activity to loose weight, in order to get your heartbeat up. Jogging, running, swimming, bike riding any of those type of things.

    As far as muscle work out, you can do crunches on the ab bench for your stomach, start off small and then add to them each day.

    Weights, you can do bicep and tricep curls to help your arms.
