Workout schedule question?

i'm 15 years old. i recently hurt my shoulder, and began doing football practice, so those two things put me out of weight lifting for like 3 or 4 weeks. I'm beginning to work out again today. The thing is that I get sort of self-conscious about my muscle size, and I always freak out when I think they're getting smaller and everything from not working out. will I actually lose muscle mass over 3 to 4 weeks? or am i just being paranoid?

and also, what are some workouts that will get me back to my original strength quickly?

  1. erm yes you will loose mass and strength over 4 weeks of no weight training, to help you get back to your strength levels continue with your normal workout but do 4 sets of reps between 6 and 8 this will gte your strength up.

please e-mail if you want me to do you a specific workoutt

  2. Unless you supplemented with HMB or EAS Muscle Armor http://www.onestopfitshop.com/details/sh... then you lost a little muscle.  Lack of use always decreases muscle mass unless you supplement to protect it.  (For your future reference.)

For a good solid workout plan I'd suggest going to www.bodyforlife.com or get a copy of Body for Life by Bill Phillips.  It is a smart way to lift and exercise that will help you return to form.
