im tryying too loose 10 lbs and tone my inner thighs and stomach

any tips or secrets

please dont say LUNGES because they make thighs appear biggerr

  1. try and do your exercises when your hungry so you will burn fat calories instead of burning the calories in your stomach and converting it into muscle which will just make you look bigger by giving you muscle mass

    leg lifts with lots of stretching.. also drink alot of water and diet.. one pound is equal to 3500 calories..

    citrus speeds up metabolism, like grapefruit and oranges..

    also you can drink green tea, or an herbal laxative tea which isn't dangerous like regular laxatives

    i like herbal laxatives because you can make the tea as strong or light as you want.
