Im nearly 16 and basically a beanpole! I am 5"10 and weigh 58.8 kg (128 lbs, 9.3 stones), i have an athletic physique and i can do dumbell curls of 10lbs easy. I do not have access to a gym so im looking for exercises like sit ups, press ups and things like that, i do have access to free weights though. I would like a workout that builds my pecs, abs, biceps, triceps, forearms and build my core strength. My leg strenght is ok, i can run 100ms in under 13secs. Please help!
