Workouts for Lats.........?

Im 14 and i want to get big lats (without weights)

any workouts???

  1. Your only 14, id be concentrating on eating a healthy balanced diet therefore when the time comes i can use they stored energy i have and build big guns.

    but i would try push ups. and pull ups from a bar or a bunck-bed


  2. Pull-Ups.  Cant really say much else when you dont want to use weights.  If you want some kind of variation, try Chin-Ups also.  

    Look them up on google if you dont know the difference.  

  3. Pull Ups. (gripping palm facing away). you're lats would explode after the first set. lol
