I'm 5'0 and I have an hourglass figure, i know they're certain workouts to help my figure i just don't know what kind. I'm also looking for a flat stomach too!

  1. just daily run will do. and this is the easiest way i know, always pull and tighten ur stomach when u walk, when u sit..everywhere, wherever, whenever, even when ur running...this will let ur muscle to work even without working out
