Workouts???

wat r some good arm workouts specifically shoulders and triceps. i dont really hav acces to weights so r there ne other ideas?

  1. A combination of using stretch bands, deeper push-ups on two chairs and chin-ups, done daily for 5-6 days weekly, would be great. The stretch bands can be used in more ways than a set of dumb-bells and reasonably priced.

    You will see much improvement within just 2 months. Your little investment on the stretch band which has the greater advantage of portability during boring holidays, will go a long way. It is a great companion and we should really thank the guy who created it--guaranteed to bring satisfaction to the fitness-conscious person!

    Keep on this approach of free-wheeling exercises without much fuss throughout life, no matter at what age. The benefits of tip-top fitness, will-power and discipline are priceless. Good luck!
