Try out different exercises for every part of your body.  I have a bench, 2 barbells, a curling bar, and some dumbells and I can work out every part of my body.  And trust me, you do not want to skip your legs.  Work out every part of your body, just upper body strength with small legs will make you look terrible.  Buy some Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein Shake mix and Creatine pills.  You can buy both on bodybuilding.com or from Amazon.com.  Make sure that you eat after you work out or you won't see much results.  Also don't use the same muscles every day, your muscles grow when you're resting and sleeping, not when you're lifting, so don't lift with the same muscles without a 24-48 hour rest.  You can still workout as much as you want, just work different muscle groups and don't use the same ones 2 days in a row.  If money and space aren't barriers to you then I'd suggest buying a Bowflex or similar.  Don't expect to get ripped like the people in the commercials in a week, but they provide tons of different exercises in one machine.

  3. Wow, lay off a bit. Instead join a Taekwon-Do club, I did and I now can do the splits and beat up a 17 year old in a tournament (I'm 14).
