World's global-warming effects?

Hi. I'm very much concerned with the rise in temperature around the globe, and would like to know if there is any world-help organisations anywhere in this world which I could provide more help to this matter. Does anyone know? Your replies are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

After watching the show Planet Earth, I too became concerned.  My concerns led me to do some research....which led me to this:

They have volunteer programs...taking you to different countries assisting scientist!  My continued research for different organizations led me to this also:
