World Court V. National Courts?

Ok so basically what i'm having trouble with understanding is the difference between, "World court" and "National court" which is better in international disputes? And why?

  1. I do not recognise any such thing as a "world court".

    US courts are the highest courts in this country.  US Law is second to nothing.


  2. International disputed would involve a world court.

    However, nobody has to abide by anything the world court says. A national court however does have authority but only over the people in that nation.

  3. World courts are part of the Fascist New World Order.We'll all be subject to International Law in a few years.

  4. A world court could never have any influence in a sovereign nation. That would be like someone in the southern hemisphere telling you what colors to paint the walls of your living room.

  5. National courts should be above everything else of course. But in the events of genocide or crimes against humanity, I do think that the world court should manage those trials.
