RTE don't have the rights to air any of the matches live. TV3 and setanta have all 48 games live. not sure about the beeb.

I think it is on Setanta here in Ireland. RTE will probably have the highlights. I see NTL are offering free setanta for 3 months (all setanta channels) if you switch to their digital. The after service leaves a lot to be desired though. There's always the option of going to see the games with a few pints....

It's on Setanta Sports. So catch a broadcaster who facilitate that channel. It'll be online on their web site too.
