World History? How can I prepare for this class??

If you have taken this class or have experience in this topic, can you please give me some advice on how to prepare myself for it?

World History class has nothing to do with WWll. You will learn very little about anything in the 1900's. You learn about Europe in the 1700's and 1800's. Its boring as h**l. U.S history class is when you will learn about WWl and WWll, civil war, revolutionary war, etc

Go to Wikkipedia and look up various events like World War 2 or the Crimean War. Just type it in and read it. Also, do all the reading assignments. History is mostly reading the material and interpreting it for the  teacher. You need to read the textbook or else you'll not get as much out of the course as you'd like.
