We want to adopt from Kyrgyzstan, but there are very few agencies that offer this program. Any advice on this one in particular would be appreciated.

  1. It is true that they are hard to contact, rarely in the office. But I have known them to be more than friendly and competent. we started our adoption in Kyrgyzstan and it was ended due to country issues... not competence issues on WLIAA's end. We since changed our adoption plans but remain with WLIAA. I would still say they are a great agency to work with.

And I find the first response insulting, and the accusations unfounded. I expect that in the future we could get more constructive advice for our questions.

  2. World Links aka World Stinks is run by Tatiana Suslin a Money grabbing Russian Jew.  Their Kyrgzstan program is on "hold" because of country issues.  They have discontinued Armenia, Georgia and other programs.
They are incompetent and run by a bunch of ex-adoptive parents donating their time helping to pay their huge adoption fees.
World Links quotes many different prices, likes to hook prospective parents in with Russian host programs.  The problem is many of the kids are not relinquished orphans and cannot be promised to the family that hosts them.
