I heard that the world population would double in about 50-60 years. Does this mean that it would be difficult to buy a large piece of land in 20-30 years?

  1. Maybe. Sorry, but I am hoping for another bubonic plague to come through . There are WAY too many people in this planet already and this whole nonsense about "go forth and procreate", yet not letting people die, is destroying the planet

  2. Well, yes and no...

As you know, as people get richer, they have less children -they are not needed to support the elderly in their venerable years. So, the population increase is going to slow -after all, the earth does have a limit. Just look at some European countries -their population is in decline.

Land is always going to get more expensive, even if the population doesn't double. In my country, my parent's generation bought everything -the land, the buildings, the everything. They aren't going to sell it for less.

It's never easy to buy land... the bureaucracy is the real killer. There are so many ways to get trapped/tricked. I suggest visiting your local council and asking about the plot of land and if it has any history, especially legal history.

  3. You know how Dinosaurs died???  There were too many of them and Mother Nature kicked them off the planet.  We are also going to be kicked off the planet.  All of those hurricanes and fires in California is Mother Natures way of saying "Get the **** off my planet!!"

  4. I don't think you'll have to worry too much about that. The way things are heading now we might not be around in another 50-60 years.
