World Youth Day Sydney... Harbour Bridge walk..?

Question

Y'all know how the 'pilgrims' are going to do that wakl from North Sydney, over the Harbour Bridge and to Randwick Racecourse (a whole 9km of road closures for 24 hours!)...

Does anyone know if these people have to pay the $3 harbour Bridge Toll?

Everyone else has to so why shouldn't they?? :-)

WYD sux!!!! not only is it going to be chaotic in the city for a week, it will cost us state tax payers around $160 million

then theres the affect on the horse racing industrie in NSW, trainers must relocate thier entire stable of horses, some stables contain up to 30 or more horses

then theres the fear of what the track condition will be left in when all is done, when will we be able to race at the track again afterwards?

i seen a picture of the padock were WYD was held in 2005, it looked like a tip!!!

nobody pays to walk over the bridge it is a public footpath

It would be slack for them to make people from overseas pay for that. They're walking over it, not driving.
