How can you get enough transfer points so you can buy the blanked out players in recruitment? I've almost finished my first season and still can't afford players like Byron Kelleher.

Mate you can't buy players like that until you are in a higher league and you won't be able to sign any stars until you are in the top division. Best way to accumulate points is to win every game by a large margin and sell players.
