World of Warcraft question: How do you get reputation with the Sha'tar?

I finally hit 70 on my Warlock and I'm getting the dreadweave gear that you get from being honored with certain fractions. I need two more to complete the set but I want to know an easy way to gain rep. with the Sha'tar... besides Tempest keep..er whatever its called. Also what is an easy way to gain rep with Lower City? Thank you very much =D

The fastest way to get both is to run the instances.  The Tempest Keep ones in Netherstorm for Sha'tar and Auchindoun for Lower City.  I believe for Lower City there's an Arraoka feather turn in for rep, though.  This site should help you a bit.  It helps calculate for your specific character what instances/quests you can do for rep and how many times you need to do them til the next reputation level:
