World of Warcraft (the princess trapped)?

This quest is in the Arathi Highlands area.

I'm in Alliance. I got the crystals, but how am I supposed to get into the cave. I think the cave is in a Horde city... is this quest not for Alliance?

The cave is east of Hammerfall.  You'll know you're getting close when you start seeing Kobolds.

The cave is outside the horde city. If you go to the east of the city and search around in the hilly area, you should be able to find the cave.

ditto to everyone here, its EAST of the city, so your safe, but you still want to give yourself a little breathing room so you dont get ganked.
