World of warcraft Problem! plz help!?

ok this mY problem!

On WOW I created a new trial account!! then I tried to upgrade it to the Official! ...So i did However !

I was charged 19.99USD as They said But the account was not upgraded! in a matter of fact it said my card was invalid!! WHich worked to renew my Other Full Account!! Can u please tell what to do!

I Emailed them! but they have not Responded!

Validate your card, check that everything is working ok, check all of the details are put correctly on that account.

Sometimes they might not charge you if it doesn't come through. And I would say wait about 30 minutes to 1 hour for the email because Blizzard to take a while to read all of that stuff.

If it's still invalid, I would say see your bank about it, because there is no more advice I could really offer.

If you can log onto the game, open up a ticket with a (GM) through the little question mark on the action bar. At least that way you know you'll get placed in a queue but you know you'll get an answer whilst you're online.

If you can't log-in then just wait for an e-mail.  It took me 3 working days for Blizzard to get in contact me regarding my card as they were taking out 2 subscriptions at the same time.  They refunded me my money and also threw in a months membership for free.
