I think the rangers beat the orioles 30-3 last year

but the most runs in a game I think is 43 in a game that was ended in a 36-7 score

The most in the Majors is by the Chicago Colts who beat Louisville 36 to 7 in 1897.  The modern record was set last year by Texas in their 30 to 3 victory over Baltimore on 8/22/2007.

The record for both teams in 49 on 8/25/1922 when the Cubs beat the Phillies 26 to 23.
