I do not have official numbers for you, but China is the largest by far, then USA, then India, and after that come Russia, Brazil, Indonesia and Canada in no specific order.

i'm sorry i only have 2003. Top to bottom: US, China, Russia, India, Japan, Germany. US- 4816 tons, China-4143 tons, Russia-1493, India-1273, Japan-1231, Germany-805. I'm really sorry I don't have percentages but I think you may be able to wiki it.
