Worm caterpillar..thing.in bathroom?

very tiny 1-2mm worm/caterpillar-like swimming around in my toilet They have hair on them, and a small black point from the 'rear'...does anyone know what it is...

I am seeing them in my shower, 2 at a time. they have 6 legs and long hairs.
