Ok Julien, here's my story:

Once every month Daddy used to give me ah mix of molasses and juice from ah rough lemon mixed. I try that as ah woman and ah realise now that children long time really didn't have no choice in them matters yes! Now ah waiting patiently on whoever get worm out with lanate or diesel. Ha!

By the way, l like medicine, no matter how bitter or bad, except Noni.....the secret of taking castor oil is to throw back your head and place the spoonful at the back of your throat and just swallow, drink some orange juice and yuh good to go. I also love, love aloes, my mouth does water with anticipation when l see ah aloes plant, no lie. My thing is if it full ah trans fat and ole oil and grease and yuh know it eh good for yuh, but yuh still eating/drinking it, then band yuh belly and take what you know will do yuh good in the long run!

Wey dread...the worm out story eh!

Was Senna in we a$$ boy! Ah remember that well, meh brother and I running for we life because that thing nasty! Meh mudder boiling this thing in a pot and putting ah lil absent salt and making we drink that. Is vomit after boy, and it didn't matter that ah was squeezing meh nose so ah wouldn't get to much ah the nasty taste, it use to still taste stink! Then she would give us a little red sweetdrink to kill the bitter taste.

Them was the days yes!

My grandparents had ah concoction fi everyting, "wash out" is de name for it in Jamaica, an sure they was tryin to wash out yuh inside an leave yuh hallow, it was worm bush, oil nut seeds(the same seeds that's used to make castor oil) an roasted sour orange, then majoe herb, aloe vera, or bitter wood bark, for weeks yuh feel like yuh was poison.

Boy, meh aunt gave me diesel one time when ah was visiting up by she and meh fadder belt she wit cuss when ah reach home...was s**+**in rainbows fuh days! Oh lawd, meh belly feelin queasy all now thinkin bout it!
