Im going to move to West Virginia soon and my friend caught a worm snake there............................ and i want it so he's giving it to me. I dont want to hear "let it go" because he said it was in a pile of ants. i just want to know if they can eat crickets that i buy at the store and if a 10 gallon tank is big enough for him......... he's 6 inches.

  2. It was in a pile of ants because THEY EAT ANT LARVAE. And 6 inches is huge for a worm snake, so it's not like it's a baby or anything. Finding food for it and keeping it (food or snake, whichever one you want "it" to be) alive will be highly difficult. Please do a LOT of research on these snakes and be prepared to find it dead in it's cage if you do decide to keep it.

So, whether you want to hear "let it go" or not, you're going to hear it.
