Worms in the tongue?

Question

I have this sister n law that told me today that she pulled a worm out of her tongue! Yes it was in the tongue not on it, she said it looked like a splinter and it was about the same size and it was moving! She put it in a bag and is taking it to the lab tommrow. I wanted to see if anybody on here has heard of this before?

OMG never in my life have i heard of that. Tell her to go to the doctor ASAP.
