  1. Hi. I've done a BTEC National Diploma with 9 units each year.

It's fine, you just got to stay on top of things. You should be given a reasonable time to complete assignments. Just make sure you progress well and try not to leave things at the last minute.

  2. I'd advise you to go for it, nothing is too difficult or impossible when you put your mind to it, especially if you have the grades required then clearly the college believe you are able to suceed in such a course, otherwise the grade requirement would have been higher. If it's something you really want to do, you'll definitely find a way to cope.

I thought that doing an extra A-level would be too much hard work, and yes it was a greater work load, but if you're really focused you'll make sure you have enough time to finish everything even if it means sacrificing time in front of the tv or something and at the end of the day you'll have an extra qualification which will always look good on your CV

Obviously though if you have a lot on your plate (i admit i don't understand exactly how you're doing this course, as in would this be the only thing you have to worry about or are you doing GCSEs / Alevels at the same time --> in that case then yes it would be a large work load and you'll have to see whether you realistically have the time   available)

Hope that helps and wasn't just a load of useless waffle. Good Luck x
