Worried about college?

Hey I want to go to Michigan State but my GPA is fairly low. My ACT on the other hand is very good and definetly is equal or maybe above the average. But is there anything I can do to make up for my GPA mistake.

  1. Just aim for As and Bs in your last few months in high school. Do any extra credit to help raise your grades. When you graduate just apply and see what happens. If you don't get in then you could always go to community college, do great there and transfer over.

  2. I suggest that you sit down and talk to an admissions counselor at Michigan State. Even though you won't have the GPA requirements, if your ACT is better than what they require and you have a good amount of extra-curriculars that they may accept you. Good Luck
