Worried about pain in right calf?

I have been getting calf pain in my right leg for about 4 months. I visited the doctor, every time he touch around a particular area of my calf, the pain was very sharp. The doc said that I have to go for an x-ray and scan.

Now I'm really worried that I might have something serious. Am I worry for nothing?
