ok, so i am a bit chunky, but not a lot. when i "flex" (lol that sounds wierd) my calves (thats below the knee i think lol) its like all muscle. like all of it.but when im not "flexing" its just like fat that hangs thereloland its kinda a lotso can i loose weight of that part of my legs even tho when i flex its like all muscle?is that they way it usually is?
