Worried that im "big boned"?

ok, so i am a bit chunky, but not a lot. when i "flex" (lol that sounds wierd) my calves (thats below the knee i think lol) its like all muscle. like all of it.

but when im not "flexing" its just like fat that hangs there

lol

and its kinda a lot

so can i loose weight of that part of my legs even tho when i flex its like all muscle?

is that they way it usually is?

  1. You can lose weight, but unfortunately it will always be muscular looking there. It will just be more defined.

    if you wanna loose the extra fat you should work out your calves more so they're more muscle than fat =]

  4. do lots of running and cardio,(burns fat) but not on an incline (hill)  because that builds leg muscle.

  5. calves are just like that, if you want to tone them up a bit then biking is an effective way to do so

  7. well, if you want to show off muscles, then youbasically should try to do some cardio exercise like running, swimming, dancing, etc.

    you probably do have a bit of muscle though, and most people DO have muscle but don't realize cardio exercise is necessary for your muscles to become more visible.

    you technically can't be big boned, some people have larger frames than other and sometimes measuring your wrist can determine it.
