Worrying Dreams?

since i was about 17 ive been having dreams that come true...I have had bad dreams about mates who have a bad car crash, and litually a week later it DID happen, i had also told my dad about my dream before it happened,so he was just as shocked as i was when it did. Ive had dreams about a friend being pregnant, and a few days later i found out she was (bare in mind we hadnt had contact in a number of months)

Ive also dreamt about silly things that have come true, just like little things that you wouldnt think about, like bumping into someone i havent seen in a while etc, then it happens. The reason why im writing this,is because now i am getting worried,i really dont want to be having these dreams, there becoming more frequent, and im scared i will dream something about a family member or someone close to me, and then will be forever worried incase it comes true,i know this sounds so stupid, but is there anyway i can stop it??please help! i know how stupid it sounds xx

  1. Just before sleep...do some simple mathematics...anything that will interrupt alpha should ease the nightmares.

Practice mental arithmetic every time you find yourself fading out during the day.  Getting dreamy?  Add, multiply, subtract, divide.  I guarantee that with daily practice, the nightly horrors will stop.  Promise.

  2. you cant help it if you have a sharp intution !! you cant change that

And I dont think there is anything bad about having such dreams-- when younger I too used to have plenty of such dreams. And I really dont think its bad at all that you have a good intution and have vision dreams

relax and be happy - many people have foretelling dreams - and its obvious that they will be of all kinds - fearful, insignificant and good ones
