Worrying about a flight booked??

I've booked 2 seats on a flight on the 29th September 2008 from BIrmingham UK to Corfu. I have the flight numbers and we receive our tickets 7-10 days before flying. I've never booked a flight before. The flight is booked thru onthebeach.com. We have paid for it and had confirmation through the post, but is there anyway I can check online that these flights are all ok?

  1. phone the airline because thompson if so dont have a seat map

  2. There might be a facility on the website you booked through where you can enter your reference number, another place to try is on the airline your flying withs website. Is there a phone number on the confirmation ? If so, give them a call if its bothering you.

  3. see who the plane is with - thomson, thomas cook etc and phone them directly to check the seats are booked, but you should be ok, i book on the net all the time, it's cheaper.

  4. hi.. if u have the itneary wid u .  can check up with the airlines directly.

i would suggest try http://www.moneybulls.com/travels.htm its much safers,as it help you search, compare and then help you choose the best and reliable airlines or agencies to book. it have all leading and major booking sites.  with on going promotions upto 70% off on airfares.

  5. Everything you say points to a hassle free experience.

If you know the carrier you could check via their website. But, as I said, it all seems fine.

Just relax and enjoy your holiday.

Oh, can you bring me back f**s and a bottle ouzo?

  6. OH NO! not onthebeach.com

  7. They will not tell you who is on the plane for security reason but if you have your tickets and have paid by cc card and have the conformation you will be ok have a good trip

With easy jet all you get is an email

  8. Don't worry too much

You would have to ring the airline's office to find out. Though, as long as you have printed out the confirmation, the proof of purchase means they have to let you board.

  9. Maybe you should just call the airline. By the way, it's my birthday on the 29th of September. :-) xx

  10. Which airline is the flight with? I know British Airways flights you can check online

  11. If you know which airline you are using you can check that there is a flight on that day but it wont tell you if you are booked on it.

  12. If you've had confirmation through the post, I'm sure you've got nothing to worry about. The site you went through is quite well known. If you haven't got your tickets 7 days before travel, that's when you need to contact them. I'm sure everything will be fine! I always book my flights online and have never had a problem.
